John McCains "New" Economic Plan Became Law Months Ago

He touts his ideas as new but it was actually signed into law months ago. The difference is though is that McCain wanted taxpayers to pay for his New already law plan. The current law already does what he wants, it helps home owners renegotiate their loans. They just have not started doing yet. More provisions for that same law were added during the last bailout as well.



McCains idea is not new and is already available. Difference was he wanted to seem like he had a plan. Even his too late already law plan was wrong, it had taxpayers paying for it instead of the banks eating the loss. So he came up with something that was even worse than what we have. It also highlights McCain and his priorities. We have a law the banks take most of the hit, McCain would have taxpayer pay.

Can he contradict himself any more than he has? Is it possible? I guess we will see.



But yeah McCains plan, Not new. Except for the taxpayer paying for it part.

House Republican Bailout Plan : Less Regulation

That's right, the Republicans big plan centers on easing tax laws for businesses and less regulation for businesses. The issue that was caused by deregulation, house Republicans are now trying to fix with more deregulation. That is all they know, that is their fix for everything. Well we saw what more deregulation does to our economy. You would think they would get it or learn from their mistakes.

I think this bailout stinks period, but for Republicans to offer up a plan of deregulation as a solution to a problem that was caused by deregulation. Well it just really blows my mind. How out of touch with the American people can they be. Their solutions show it all. Very out of touch.

John McCain And The Fundamentals

John McCain tried to explain away his recent comment that the economy is 'fundamentals strong' on the same day the DOW dropped over 500 points. But the truth is he has made that exact statement 22 times since January. That was no gaffe. That is what he believes and he has tried to hit that home 22 times this year so far.

The same people running the economy now, will be running it under a McCain administration. They just hope we all overlook that or think they will suddenly start doing it right. John McCain is not only out of touch, he must think we are stupid as well

John McCain's surrogate and VP candidate Mark Sanford, Drew a blank today when asked what would be the differences of a John McCain economic policy, and Bush's. So the man who could be his VP pick could not even think of a difference between John McCain's economic policies and Bush's economic policy. Sounds good don't it? I mean look theses guys are sooo prepared. I mean think how great it would be if this lack of preparation was unleashed on the White House. Oh wait it has George Bush...
