Israel doesn't want peace, they don't want a deal. They want the Palestinians to just go away. They don't want to deal because dealing means giving up things. They want to keep the lands they took and they want the Palestinians to deal with it. The only way Israel will ever deal with the Palestinians is if they are forced to through sanctions.
