Megan McCain : "No-One Knows War Like My Family, Period"

Tuesday, September 9, 2008
Wow, so I guess all those soldiers fighting there and the ones who died there, just don't know war like the McCain's do.

Please Megan tell us all your knowledge of war since No-One understands it like you and your family do.

John McCain Admits Troops Sent To Die In Iraq For Oil

Saturday, September 6, 2008

Listen to his stump speech, he states no more troops will be sent to foreign lands for oil. We will get our oil here by drilling.

No more troops will be sent to die in the middle east for oil.

That is what McCain says in making his case for drilling.

He admits our troops are over there dying for oil, and he wants to still keep them there?

I guess maybe he thought no one would notice.

Well I hope America notices. Because if John McCain is elected, our troops will die in more foreign countries in pursuit of oil. Bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran? Remember that one?

Like John McCain said in his speech at St. Paul. Sometimes I pick fights for fun.

John MccCain everyone.

The more you know...

N.Y. Times Rejects McCain Iraq Piece

All I can do is laugh about this...

N.Y. Times Op-Ed Page Rejects McCain Iraq Piece

Updated 3:55 p.m.
By Howard Kurtz
Prospective authors don't usually make a big announcement when their prose is rejected by the New York Times Op-Ed page. But John McCain's campaign is telling the world that the liberal opinion and commentary page turned down his submission on Iraq, just days after publishing a similar piece by Barack Obama.
The Obama article made the case that his administration could "safely redeploy" most U.S. forces from Iraq over a 16-month period. The McCain camp, sensing an equal-time opportunity, submitted its Iraq piece Friday.
"The success of the surge has not changed Senator Obama's determination to pull out all of our combat troops," it said. "All that has changed is his rationale. In a New York Times op-ed and a speech this week, he offered his 'plan for Iraq' in advance of his first 'fact finding' trip to that country in more than three years. It consisted of the same old proposal to pull all of our troops out within 16 months."
About two hours later, David Shipley, the paper's opinion editor, wrote:

I'd be very eager to publish the Senator on the Op-Ed page. However, I'm not going to be able to accept this piece as currently written. I'd be pleased, though, to look at another draft. Let me suggest an approach. The Obama piece worked for me because it offered new information (it appeared before his speech); while Senator Obama discussed Senator McCain, he also went into detail about his own plans.

It would be terrific to have an article from Senator McCain that mirrors Senator Obama's piece. To that end, the article would have to articulate, in concrete terms, how Senator McCain defines victory in Iraq. It would also have to lay out a clear plan for achieving victory -- with troops levels, timetables and measures for compelling the Iraqis to cooperate.

Sounds like a pretty high bar.

Why Are So Many Republicans Against McCain Comaparison To Bush ?

Tuesday, July 8, 2008

If ... They voted for Bush and support Bush, Then why is it that when a Librarian shows up at a McCain event, With a sign that says McCain=Bush. They have her removed and ticketed. Why would that offend? Bush is republican McCain is republican; would he turn her away if it said McCain=JFK ?? Seriously they say they support Bush they sell their souls to keep his policies going in congress. So why is it they get so offended when their new candidate is compared to the sitting President? When they say he has done so many great things?

I know why. Because they know he is a Cancer to this Country. The worst and most Criminal President in the history of the US. Yet for their own political reasons they continue to support him in public, and despise him in private and just watch and let it happen. For their own best interests or their own misguided Ideology's. I think it's sad they would sit back and let this continue. For what Oil? No Bid Contracts? Spreading Freedom By Use Of Force?

The Democrats that have sat by and watched this happen are just as bad. They are so scared that the American people will not vote for them, if they try and prosecute the litany of crimes that has been committed by this Administration. A few Democrats have but have been rebuffed by the leadership. Not politically expedient, The Republicans will frame them blah blah blah. Its Bullshit plain and simple. History will not look kindly on them either. So McCain doesn't like being compared to Bush.. Hmm I wonder why...

Well anyway I just couldn't believe about the Librarian had to rant a bit. The Librarian video of her removal is two posts below in The Countdown Recap post.

John McCain Will End Deficit In First Term With Iraq Win

What? You Don't Believe Me?

Yeah you heard right. I think now he is just really desperate and just saying things. Anything that sounds good. I mean how could ANYONE take this guy seriously? Really...

Just remember this was the BEST of the Republican pool. He won out over the rest of them. All I have to say is I hope he keeps it up. At the same time he also again contradicted previous past statements. Like his fast forward speech when after his 4th year we would be starting to come home from Iraq. Now we have won it by then and killed the deficit at the same time. He just keeps getting better and better, in his mind.

You go John tell us how everything will be fixed as soon as we win in Iraq. By the way didn't someone tell him or didn't he learn in Vietnam that there are no winners in war. You stop killing and work towards some sort of resolution. But there are no winners in war... EVER

It takes a real leader to realize that...

When you go around talking about war like it's a sport that can be won, as many Republicans and Democrats have, I think you need a reality check.
