Chargers New Head Coach

Should be either Steve Spagnola or Josh McDaniels. I would also put Bill Cowher on that list but I believe he will replace Romeo Crennel in Cleveland.

It would be great if they could keep Norv as Offensive Coordinator but he has got to go as head coach. They also either need to get Lorenzo Neal back or get a true Fullback on that roster. If they don't LT will never be the same for us.
