All the Republican leaders and spokespersons were on the airwaves this morning praising John McCains leadership in getting house Republicans to support (their) bill and save America. Well after all that Leadership they voted against their own bill. So the President doesn't speak for them, The House leader doesn't seem to speak for them and John McCain doesn't seem to be speaking for them either. They came up with a bill demanded Democrats support it, and then a majority of them vote against it. Oh and then they have the gall to come out and say it was because of Nancy Pelosi's speech.
So because they didn't like what she says they don't save America? I am really trying to wrap my head around all this because it is just absurd. Was this a ploy to get Democrats to vote for a very unpopular bill? I don't get it. This was a Republican bill Democrats tried to work with them in a bipartisan fashion because our economy depended on it. They then get blamed for the bill failing over a speech after a majority of Republicans voted no on the bill. A bill they wrote and then claimed support for because of John McCain.
It is just twisted. The Republicans just get more and more out there, depending on the stupidity of us voters. Hoping we believe their attacks. They think we are stupid, and their actions totally prove it. If you listen to Pelosi's speech it was not even bad. Does anyone really want to vote in John McCain and keep these jokers in office for more of this crap?
If the supposed leaders don't speak for Republicans, then who does? Who is your leader Republicans? Who speaks for you? Because your "Leaders" supported and voted for the bill. All the while touting their "Leadership" in getting you to support it.
Is it just me? Anyone else notice all this crap? It boggles the mind...
