Sarah Palin Could Vote For Ted Stevens

Today Sarah Palin said Ted Stevens was a part of the corruption she was elected to fight. Funny thing is she was supporting him earlier this year for his primary. She also would not call for him to step down and declined to say if she would still vote for him. I think the answer to that is clear, Yes.



If the people of Alaska vote to keep Ted Stevens in office. I think that will tell us exactly what kind of credentials Sarah Palin has. If the people will re-elect a convicted criminal then how much does Sarah Palin have to stand on considering the same electorate voted her in. How does that help your credibility? If you re-elect a convict, then you might just elect a ultra right wing nutt Governor.

Update: Palin as of yesterday has called for Stevens to step down along with John McCain.



I guess what I'm saying is how can you trust their choices in officials when a man that was just convicted by a jury, of seven counts of criminal conduct is only behind one point in the polls. Nothing against anyone from Alaska, but if you vote that guy back in, your Sad.

Sarah Palin And Ted Stevens Looking More And More Alike

It appears that in 2002 Sarah Palin might of had her home built for free by the same company that built the sports complex she championed in Wasilla. Not only built it for free but it was built before the contracts were awarded and construction on the complex had started.



The architect for the complex was the son of a local GOP head. One of the subcontractors, is Todd Palins snow mobile sponsor, they worked on the Palin house, Ted Stevens house and the sports complex in Wasilla. Oh and she had this house built two months before she was leaving office. Kinda like one last grab before she left.



She tells the contractor, I want a house, I'll give you the contract for the sports complex and we are both happy.



I'm sure more will be out but isn't that the kind of thing she said she was so adamantly against? It seems the more she is investigated the more comes out. I mean she even used one of the same contractors that worked on Ted Stevens VECO house. I doubt that is a coincidence.

Will Sarah Palin Support Ted Stevens In His Re-Election?

Alaska's Senator Ted Stevens the king of 'Earmarks' is running for re-election. Sarah Palin who is now running an almost militant anti-earmark, and anti bridge to nowhere campaign, for which Ted Steven was responsible, would be again, undermining what she says and what she stands for. If she was to support Stevens. Now she hasn't yet but I'm curious to see what happens.

She has supported him every other time, So even if she doesn't publicly come out and support him at this time, she has every other time including earlier this year. The only thing that has changed now is that she is running for VP and has trashed his bridge to nowhere. That and his current trial upcoming she probably will not be making a public endorsement at this time. But like I said that did not stop her earlier this year during his primary and all times before then.

It would be really funny though if she did give a public endorsement, it would be fitting to her overall attitude about things.
