Now there is a good idea, use Private funds to bail out the Private sector. Let the Market Bail themselves out. I know they got the money stowed away in offshore accounts. These company's are not as cash strapped as they might have us believe. We need to go after all the offshore Tax shelters that are being left out of this debate.
